Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions 1. Court Booking Terms Booking Access: Courts can be booked online, in person, or via the NextPoint Tennis app. Advance Bookings: Bookings can be made 2 weeks in advance. NextPoint may cancel any court booking if required and will notify the booking party accordingly. Court Usage: Bookings are limited to a maximum is 2 hours. Extensions may be possible based on availability. Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before the booking. Late cancellations will not be allowed and the booking party will not be eligible for a refund. No-Show Policy: Courts will be released if a player is more than 15 minutes late. 2. Lesson Booking Terms Lesson Types: Available for private, semi-private, and group sessions. Booking Process: Lessons can be scheduled through the same channels as court bookings. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. Discounted packages must be paid upfront. Cancellations: Canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a full charge. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled. 3. Membership Benefits & Priority Booking Priority Access: Active members receive priority booking for courts and lessons. Guest Policy: Members can invite up to 1 guest per month. Addional guests invited will be required to pay the fee. Exclusive Discounts: Members receive discounts on lessons, events, and pro shop items. 4. Code of Conduct Respect: All players must show respect to staff, coaches, and fellow members. Behavior: Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or aggression may result in suspension of booking privileges. Facility Care: Players must leave courts clean and avoid damaging equipment. 5. Equipment and Attire Tennis Attire: Proper tennis attire, including non-marking shoes, must be worn. Equipment Rentals: Racquets and balls are available for rent at the pro shop. 6. Liability Waiver Participation involves inherent risks. NextPoint Tennis is not liable for injuries sustained on the premises. Players are encouraged to maintain personal injury insurance. 7. Amendments to Terms NextPoint Tennis reserves the right to amend these terms. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
